LinkedIn Sales Navigator costs US$119.99 a month per seat for Core and US$159.99 for Advanced, before tax. Paid yearly, Core is US$1,079.88 (US$89.99 a month) and Advanced is US$1,799.88 (US$149.99 a month). Advanced Plus has no public price. All three plans include 50 InMail credits a month, and the yearly discount is 25% on Core but only 6% on Advanced. Sales Navigator finds and tracks people. It does not run the outreach: every connection request, InMail and follow-up is still sent by hand, which is why most buyers end up paying for a second tool to do that part.

The sticker price is per seat, per month. The number that decides the purchase is the year, and it moves a lot with two choices: how you pay, and whether you need the team plan at all.
| Who | Plan | A year, before tax |
|---|---|---|
| One person, paying month by month | Core, 12 x US$119.99 | US$1,439.88 |
| One person, paying for the year | Core, yearly | US$1,079.88 |
| Three people sharing leads, paying for the year | Advanced, 3 x US$1,799.88 | US$5,399.64 |
| Three people, Core instead of Advanced | Core, 3 x US$1,079.88 | US$3,239.64 |
Sales Navigator ends where the conversation starts. After the search you still write each note, send each request, chase each follow-up and move the quiet ones to email yourself. Teams that automate that step add a sending tool on top, priced per sender, so the real line item is two subscriptions per person.
Wingmen is one subscription for both jobs: Lead Radar builds the list from ICP search, competitor followers, post engagers, group members and event attendees, writes down why each person surfaced, then runs the LinkedIn and email sequence. It is $69 per LinkedIn account a month, or $690 a year, with every feature on every account. See Wingmen pricing.

Core is US$119.99 a month and Advanced is US$159.99 a month, per seat, before tax. Paid yearly, Core is US$1,079.88 (US$89.99 a month) and Advanced is US$1,799.88 (US$149.99 a month). Advanced Plus has no public price. These are LinkedIn's own starting prices, read on its plans page on 23 October 2026, and LinkedIn notes they can vary slightly by device.
Yes, on Core and Advanced, but only if you have no paid LinkedIn subscription right now (Premium counts) and have not used any LinkedIn free trial in the last 365 days. A card is required. LinkedIn's plans page does not state the trial length; it says you get an email seven days before the trial ends and can cancel before then without being charged.
Plenty of people do. Sales Navigator makes finding and tracking people faster. It does not write the first message or follow up, and those two steps are where most outreach stalls. If you can already name 50 people who should hear from you this month, a free account and a steady habit get you further than a new seat.
It depends on the plan. Yearly billing takes 25% off Core but only 6% off Advanced, so on Advanced the yearly commitment buys you very little. A yearly plan runs to the end of the paid year even if you cancel, while a monthly plan stops at the end of the current month. If you prospect in bursts, or are still testing whether LinkedIn works for your offer, pay monthly.
By hand, one at a time: a connection request with a short note, or one of your 50 InMails a month, then a follow-up a few days later. Sales Navigator stores the lists and alerts; it does not send or follow up for you. That sending step is what outreach tools are for, and it is the second subscription most Sales Navigator users end up paying for.
LinkedIn pitches Advanced at sales teams: it adds team seat management and one bill for everyone, on top of what Core has. The 50 InMails a month are the same on both. If you are the only person selling, Advanced costs you US$40 a month more for features built for a team.
The starting prices differ by currency. In the UK, Core is £94.99 a month or £959.88 a year; in the euro area it is €120.99 a month or €1,088.88 a year. LinkedIn says these exclude VAT or GST, so the amount on your card can be higher. The price you are shown at checkout is the one that counts.
