HeyReach and Wingmen both automate LinkedIn outreach, but they start at different points. HeyReach is sending infrastructure: you import leads from Sales Navigator, Clay or your CRM, and it rotates sends across every LinkedIn account you connect, from $79 per sender a month. Wingmen also builds the list: Lead Radar finds people showing buying intent, attaches a written reason to each one, writes the first message, and moves the lead to email if they don't connect or reply, for $69 per LinkedIn account a month. Agencies running client campaigns across many senders are better served by HeyReach. Someone selling their own services without a separate lead tool is better served by Wingmen.

Its sequences start from an import. That is the right design if Sales Navigator or Clay already feeds you good names. If it doesn't, the real cost of HeyReach is its sender fee plus whatever you pay to fill it.
Lead Radar watches the sources you switch on and queues people who just did something that suggests they might buy. Each lead arrives with a sentence on why it surfaced, so the opener has something real to say.
At one to fourteen accounts, Wingmen's $69 is the lower bill. At fifteen or more, HeyReach's Agency bundle ($999 for 25 senders) wins on price per sender, and we would rather say so than hide it.
Per account, no: HeyReach Growth is $79 per sender a month and Wingmen is $69 per LinkedIn account. Yearly, HeyReach is $63 a month per sender and Wingmen works out to $57.50. The picture flips at volume: HeyReach Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders, which beats $69 each from fifteen accounts up. Prices checked on heyreach.io on October 23, 2026.
Not by itself. Wingmen is also priced per account, so ten accounts cost ten times one. What changes is what each account includes: lead finding, AI-written messages and the email step are in the $69, so you are not stacking a list tool and an email tool on top of the sender fee.
Wingmen fills its own queue from the lead sources you switch on, such as competitor followers, post engagers and event attendees, and gives each lead a written reason. HeyReach expects you to import the list from another tool.
No tool can promise zero risk on LinkedIn, and we won't either. Wingmen sends through an API rather than a browser extension, at a human pace with randomised delays and active-hours-only sending. Those habits lower risk; they don't remove it.
It depends on whose pipeline you are filling. If you run outreach for clients, HeyReach's sender bundles and white-label are built for that, and Wingmen isn't. If you are an agency founder selling your own work, Wingmen is built for exactly that.
Yes. Wingmen runs an MCP server with 35 tools, so Claude can read the pipeline, approve or dismiss leads and change agents. HeyReach's MCP is aimed at building campaigns and tagging replies from your own agent.
